The 18 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for evening relaxation. Recommended highlights and destinations include Goldsteig (a scenic long-distance hiking trail), Sonnenwaldtherme Langfurth (a thermal spa), Langfurth toboggan run, Brotjackelriegel cross-country skiing and hiking center, Sonnenwald region, Bavarian Forest National Park, and the city of Passau. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. The accommodation is accessible via a narrow, single-track gravel road. Bringing pets, smoking, making open fires, and celebrating events are not allowed. The following activities can be organized upon request: guided or individual donkey tours, hikes on the Goldsteig trail, snowshoe hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, and tobogganing.
