This pretty and modern vacation apartment, located in the middle of the historic town center of Schmallenberg, offers you a nice room layout. You can spend a pleasant vacation here with your family or a couple of friends. The furnishings are cozy and offer a great feel-good atmosphere. You can relax with a cool drink on the large sun terrace after an active day.  
  
Explore the countryside by hiking or cycling. There is a wide range of leisure activities on offer in the Schmallenberger Sauerland. There are many tours that bring you closer to nature and the local culinary specialties. Golfers also get their money's worth here. For children there is the "Freizeitwelt Sauerland" with climbing hall, Jumparena and play paradise.  
  
Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants are less than 5 minutes' walk away. Explore the historic town center of Schmallenberg with its owner-managed specialist stores, characterized by various houses. Hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house. A bus stop, the Wellenfreibad swimming pool and an e-bike rental (April to October) are located in the immediate vicinity of the vacation apartment.
