If you are looking for a comfortable apartment close to all amenities with great views, this apartment is for you!   
This modern apartment (which is larger than the average apartment) at this location, sleeps 4 people comfortably.   
In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle and cooking utensils. It also has a dining area which is separate to the lounge area.   
Also features a separate bathroom and shower with toilet.  
There are plenty of amenities on site and is very close to a ski lift.   
The apartment has stunning views across the town and mountains.  
Closest to Schladming and Rohrmoos but the Ski Amade and ski area consists of eight mountains and 400kms of slopes  
  
Please contact the owner should you wish to make a shorter booking than advertised.   
  
Please note that a tourist tax of €1.50 per adult (15+) per night will be charged at check-in.  
The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme, so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.  
If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site! Please note that there is a maximum of 1 parking space available per apartment.
