The bonus is that it’s conveniently located, being within walking distance to a few restaurants and convenience stores. Close enough to walk to the waterpark or go tubing. « The property grounds were absolutely amazing. Lots of plants and shade from the big beautiful trees. Right on the river near a little dam...the waterfall makes such peaceful music. Absolutely perfect for us. The hot tub was wonderful. Lots of stairs to get to the river and the hot tub....just FYI. Front porch was great. Everything overall seemed very clean. The only "cons", if you want to call them that, would be that there aren't any closets for your things. Really, no draw space either......
