"Sehr gut organisierte Übergabe des Hauses. Haus ist interessant renoviert und hat auch einen großen Garten, den wir zwar aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzten, aber dennoch als gut empfanden. Hier kann man sicher gut seine Hunde laufen lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Im Winter ist es leider eher schwer, das Gebäude gut warm zu halten, da aus wohl baulichen Gründen nur Infrarotheizungen vorhanden sind und gleichzeitig das Gebäude nicht sehr gut isoliert zu sein scheint. "Totally recommend going to this hotel/castle to spend the night or two. You do need to take your own fan. Especially if you’re going in the hotter months. Otherwise everything was perfect. The staff was wonderful."

"Schloss Frankenberg was the first stop on an 8-person family tour of Germany. It was a little palatial paradise - even in the extraordinary heat wave that had set in. The staff thoughtfully placed us in air conditioned rooms and provided us with waters and extra helping hands to get our luggage and people to where they needed to go. Each morning, we had an incredible breakfast in the ballroom with delightful, and patient, service. With three kids under 12 with us, this was especially appreciated! The children had a great time exploring the castle's dungeon walkways, the grounds, and looking at all of the artifacts. Truly, a gem hiding out in Weigenheim, Germany. We would love to return again in the future, if the opportunity presents itself."

"The staff was great at this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic! Eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit and yogurt and meats and cheese and various cereals. There is a coffee machine with great selection. Free parking and free breakfast...great grocery stores next door. 30 mins from Nuremberg Rock Im Park and the Imperial Castle. The location was great and there is even a fridge in the room. Would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"There’s no contact with any staff, the rooms are cleaned only when you leave. We didn’t have breakfast. There’s a lovely terrace you can sit out on with a honesty bar. The village is beautiful and the hotel is in a very old building but be aware that the stairs are steep and quite narrow & there is no lift so anyone with mobility issues would struggle - not sure if there were any ground floor rooms"

"Wonderful, amazing stay. Property is absolutely beautiful and was super well taken care of. We arrived late at night and got some pizzas at the conveniently located Bar. Traveling with a family of 5. Spa facility was amazing, kids had a great time at the pool and the saunas were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly. One of the staff members promptly brought me a baby chair, and another brought us a pillow once he noticed the chair was too big for our baby. Would definitely recommend and stay again. If anything, the hair dryer quality is not compatible with the luxurious facility, but that’s all. Loved it."
