The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, beach/pool towels as well as children's books and toys. On top of that, a table tennis table and a shared sauna are also provided for your enjoyment. This holiday home features a private outdoor area with a garden and playground, as well as access to a shared indoor pool. This vacation home offers access to a shared outdoor space with a garden, a barbecue, and a playground, as well as a shared indoor pool, which is heated to 28 degrees Celcius all year round, and a sauna, which is available once a week. The pool and the sauna are open from 9 am to 9 pm. Perfect for families and groups looking to relax and have fun during their stay. There is an E-bike rental directly at the farm. The property is situated in a wine region, and the nearby area offers great restaurants with Franconian cuisine. It is recommended to visit the historic towns of Rothenburg and Bamberg and take a hike to Terroir Franken. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
