### Apartment Norbert – approx. 70 m² on the Ground Floor

The stylish and comfortable holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family house and was lovingly designed. From the hallway with wardrobe, you reach the modern shower room and the spacious kitchen-living room with dining area for up to 6 people. The bedroom has a double bed; another room offers a pull-out double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The west-facing balcony overlooks Elgershausen. The apartment features modern flooring, a new fitted kitchen (electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with 3-star freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), SAT TV, and Wi-Fi. This is a non-smoking apartment. Essentials such as bin bags, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters, and spices are provided.  
  
We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday accommodation and thank you for considering our house your home away from home during your stay.
