The 130m² Noordzeekrabbe was lovingly renovated in 2023/24 and features a spacious living and dining kitchen with a gas fireplace, as well as a separate ground-floor bedroom with its own bathroom. It’s perfect for large families. In the large garden, children can enjoy a ground-level trampoline. All beds are made upon arrival, and towel sets are provided!

The new cream-colored country-style kitchen is well-equipped for cooking with family and friends. It has a 4-burner induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Smeg kettle and toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large fridge with a 3*** freezer. Sufficient and new cutlery, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils are available. The 2.60m long oak dining table offers a cozy setting for evenings together.

In the hallway, there’s a storage room with a second fridge, washer-dryer, cleaning supplies, and a microwave.

In the living room, you can relax on two new cream-colored 3-seater sofas and two armchairs while enjoying a large flat-screen TV with Dolby Surround system.

Three smart TVs with satellite reception offer international and German TV and radio programs. An Apple TV box is also available on all smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi (100 Mbit connection) is provided throughout the house.

The sauna, located in a shower room, is a pleasant change for cooler days. All luxury bathrooms are completely renovated and feature beautiful tiles and bright designs.

The newly designed ground-floor bedroom with an ensuite shower room is ideal for a relaxed vacation with multiple generations. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and WC. A guest toilet on the ground floor completes the sanitary facilities. Both the ground-floor bedroom and the large master bedroom upstairs have a wall-mounted TV for cozy evenings. The soft grey chalk-colored walls beautifully contrast with the otherwise white walls. New wall cabinets and shelves offer plenty of space for your vacation luggage, even in the smaller bedrooms.

The southwest-facing house in Summio Ferienpark Zeeland Village in Scharendijke has two interconnected large terraces and a newly installed built-in trampoline. Large trees provide shade on the spacious 700m² property.

It’s easy to walk to the charming village of Scharendijke, where you’ll find excellent restaurants. The Grevelingenmeer and the lovely sailing harbor are also within walking distance. The water in the Grevelingenmeer is wonderfully clean, making it a pleasure to swim. The park offers many playgrounds and a clean swimming pool. You can also rent bikes and access the adjacent Plus supermarket, which is well-stocked and offers a mobile fish stall on weekends.

There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house, laid with Dutch tiles in a herringbone pattern. Additional parking is nearby, as well as 2 electric car charging stations.

In about 3 minutes by car, you can reach the Brouwersdam with its surf schools and beach restaurants.

A travel cot and high chair can be rented.

No arrivals or departures on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Weekend rentals are not available during peak season. No pets allowed. No rentals to persons under 25 years of age. No child safety outlets, though most outlets are at light-switch height. No child safety gate on the stairs. For non-smokers only.
