### Villa in Zeeland near the Beach

This detached, restyled villa is located in the holiday park Zeeland Village, approximately 1 km from the beach and 7 km from Renesse. The villa is furnished in a modern and comfortable way and is features two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. You'll also find a two-person bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a traditional sauna. Here, you can unwind to your heart's content. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are three more two-person bedrooms. There also is a second bathroom with bathtub and toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. The villa is surrounded by a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car behind the villa. And the washing machine in the storage room completes the villa. At the Zeeland Village holiday park, various villas can be booked for four to eight people.  
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units.
