In the peaceful green surroundings of Summio Zeeland Village, this detached bungalow offers the perfect holiday escape for up to six guests. Spread over two floors, it features four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bright living room with a cozy seating area and TV connects seamlessly to the open kitchen, which comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, and both filter and Nespresso coffee makers. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and your own private sauna for ultimate relaxation. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub. A washing machine and separate toilet provide extra convenience. Step outside into the spacious garden, complete with a furnished patio and parasol, perfect for outdoor dining or soaking up the fresh sea air. The location brings countless opportunities to explore. At just 500 meters away lies the Grevelingenmeer, Western Europe’s largest saltwater lake, where you can swim, kayak, windsurf, or paddleboard. The nearby marina in Scharendijke is ideal for a leisurely stroll, while the North Sea beach is only an 8-minute bike ride away. Families will love its wide sandy shores and vibrant beach pavilions, while the 17-kilometer coastline of Renesse offers even more seaside fun. For those seeking adventure, Klimbos Westerschouwen is a 15-minute drive and promises climbing routes for all ages.
