"This was a very clean and cozy home. We had everything we needed to cook our dinners and breakfasts. Both adult kids had plenty of space in their bedrooms. The decor was welcoming and cozy. The appliances were new and worked well. Everything was well organized and comfortable. The new home was tastefully designed and had fun features. Everything about our stay went smoothly. We were happy that the home was only 25 minutes from the hikes we wanted to do on the east side of North Cascades and that it was only 15 minutes from a well-stocked grocery store in Winthrop."

"Valley View Cabin is perfectly situated near Mazama, Winthrop, and the gateway to the North Cascades N.P. The cabin is immaculate, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Great communication with management as well. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This was our 5th time at Deer Run. This house is laid out well for our family, has good amenities, a great view of the mountains and wildlife to watch. This house works for two couples and several kids, or just a small family too. It has been over 5 years since we've stayed here; and know that the house has new owners. They have stayed true to Deer Run, but have done some nice furniture upgrades. This is a comfortable house, with easy accessibility to all the great places/hikes/ski trails in the Methow. We loved summer here-we have been here many times in the winter, so it was fun to experience the beauty of summer. Fun to just enjoy time together and even play a fun game of magnetic scrabble on the wall! This was our daughter's choice of vacation before she heads to college in a couple of weeks. It was a memory lane week, with biking the MCT, hiking in the North Cascades and Goat Peak, visiting the Mazama Store, Rocking Horse Bakery and downtown Winthrop. Unfortunately Cinnamon Twisp Bakery was closed due to staffing-a bummer. The 1908 BBQ in Twisp and Fainting Goat Restaurant in Winthrop were excellent though. We'll be back!"

"Our stay was great. The only negatives were: pillows too large and hard and the toaster oven didn't toast. Except for these, the place couldn't have been better."

"Beyond words beautiful!! The setting is breathtaking and the cabin is perfect, just the right size and equipped with everything you need. The owner, Jim, was also incredibly kind and helpful….impeccable customer service and focus that you don’t tend to get anymore these days. They also have two beautiful wooden chairs by the river out the back door, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and absorbing this small piece of Heaven! 10/10, BOOK IT, you will not be disappointed!!!
