Servizi essenziali nell'appartamento presenti, suggerisco di cambiare i piatti sbeccati o crepati, di sostutuire la teglia forno in quanto il rivestimento antiaderente non è più presente, la sostituzione del bidet francamente poco fruibile, inoltre prevederei cuscini di diversa altezza per consentire di soddisfare le diverse esigenze.
