Welcome to our gorgeous one bedroom Apartment in central Scarborough, Just a few minutes walk from the train and bus station. Ideal for 2 adults and one small dog wanting lots of space and privacy, Glorious south facing roof terrace, jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. Relax on soft leather settees in front of the log burner. Watch a movie on the latest smart tv, or just cook a romantic meal for two in our fully equipped kitchen, enjoy eating and drinking under our all weather canopy on the roof terrace. A true hidden gem in the heart of Scarborough, Lots of on street free parking with permits provided, Ideal for exploring the coast being so close to the transport network. Supermarket 2 minutes walk and nearest pub just 30 second walk  
  
This spacious apartment is laid out over two floors, You enter the property from the rear staircase which leads to the roof terrace. off the roof terrace you will find a utility room with a large fridge freezer and ironing facilities, to your right is the cloak room with a toilet and vanity unit. Then enter the fully equipped dining kitchen, Full oven and hob, microwave, drinks machine, toaster, washing machine, and everything needed to cook a romantic meal for two. From the kitchen you will enter the hall way with ample storage and space, this leads to the living room with soft leather settees, smart tv cosey log burner and a large bay window. From here climb the stairs to  
the luxury bathroom with jacuzzi bath, large walk in shower, His and Hers sinks and a toilet. The bedroom is next door with a double bed, walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers, Comfy chair and a dressing table.  
We provide all linen, and Towels. there is an air dryer, iron, ironing board and bedroom fan.  
For the dog we provide a blanket and some towels  
  
The property is on a street mainly of terrace properties. there are no houses on the opposite side of the property which is great for parking as you can use both sides of the road. The apartment is above our shop which is only used for storage, so you are unlikely to see us but we do live close by if you need us. You enter the apartment via a passage at the side of the shop, The passage and roof terrace are floodlit in the evenings so no worries if you want to stop out late.  
  
There are only a few rules, no smoking indoors please, we have provided a covered outdoor area for you. Just one small dog, If you go out and you have a dog you must take it with you.   
Log burner fuel is charged extra via a honesty box  
  
For your security the front gate to the passage has an electronic lock which saves using keys all the time, The front and rear of the gate has security cameras, there are no other cameras once you pass this point,  
If you have mobility issues this Apartment may not be suitable for you.
