With five bedrooms, it offers ample space and comfort, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore the local area. The property is conveniently located just a short walk from North Bay Beach, providing easy access to the coastline while still offering a peaceful retreat. The Space: The entrance to the property opens into a modern, spacious hallway, which leads to a cosy living room equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The hallway also provides access to a large open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, filled with natural light from patio doors and Velux windows. The contemporary kitchen features up-to-date appliances, whilst the dining area includes a table that comfortably seats eight people. For added convenience, there is also a downstairs WC. Head to the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms; two with king-sized beds and the third having a single bed. Each room offers ample storage and is filled with natural light. Additionally, there is a large family bathroom, finished to a high standard, featuring a freestanding roll-top bath, a separate shower, a large sink, and a toilet. Venture to the second floor where you will find the final two bedrooms. The first is a single bedroom with storage in the eaves, making the most of the space. There are several bus routes that pass close to Peasholm Drive, including ones that travel along the North Bay and Scarborough Town Centre. Local buses operate regularly, connecting you to the main shopping areas, the town centre, and other parts of Scarborough. Peasholm Drive is about a 20-minute walk (around 1 mile) from Scarborough Railway Station, making it relatively easy to access the town’s main transport hub for regional and national train services.
