Nous l’avons signalé et obtenu une légère remise sur le prix de notre séjour en dédommagement. C’est cependant dommage pour un établissement de ce standing de ne pas porter plus attention à ce genre de détail, essentiel pour bien accueillir ses clients. C’est malheureusement à l’image de cet hôtel, beaucoup de paraître, mais au final peu de consistance dans ce qu’il propose. Il n’y a aucune attention de bienvenue dans la chambre (pas de boissons offertes), la recharge du café ou boissons chaude (thé, chocolat chaud) est très aléatoire selon les jours, pour une occupation à 4 personnes, il n’y a que 2 tasses, 2 verres, 2 peignoires… L’arrivee à hotel est laborieux, le hall est petit et il n’y avait que 2 guichets ouverts. Nous avons dû attendre un moment avant d’être pris en compte. La piscine est très froide (22 degrés), c’est peut être un standard en Norvège mais pour des enfants, la baignade est compliquée. D’ailleurs, il y a peu de personne qui se baignent, à part celles qui viennent du sauna. Ce dernier est très petit (5 places max) comparé au nombre de chambres (500). Il a été difficile d’en profiter. Pour résumé, l’hôtel est certes très bien placé, le petit déjeuner est très bien, mais une somme de détail ternis le séjour et impacte fortement le rapport qualité / prix.
