### Apartment 'Gite' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Fabienne and Marc welcome you in a quiet environment, in a 60 m² loft-style cottage (40 m² floor, 20 m² mezzanine).  
  
Situated in your own garden, this modern, pleasant and comfortable detached house is fully equipped for a pleasant stay.  
  
  
  
The maisonnette is just 15 minutes from Avignon, 20 minutes from Nîmes, and close to many must-see tourist sites: the Pont du Gard, the Moulin de Daudet, Les Baux-de-Provence, the Orange arenas and Mont Ventoux, our Giant of Provence. It's also close to famous wine appellations such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas and Vacqueyras, and about an hour from the Camargue.  
  
  
  
Marc, a keen hiker, will be delighted to advise you on the most beautiful trails, particularly in the Alpilles.  
  
  
  
Outside, you can enjoy your meals on the terrace, relaxing on the deckchairs or preparing delicious grilled meats on the plancha.  
  
  
  
Inside, you'll find on the first floor :  
  
  
  
a new, well-equipped kitchen,  
  
  
  
a dining room,  
  
  
  
a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a big screen TV and Wifi,
