The Space: Just 3 blocks from the Sayulita beach and 1 block from the central plaza -- in Sayulita's newest luxury condominium complex -- features fantastic ocean views together with shared access to a rooftop pool and cabanas (all with 180-degree views over the Pacific), health club, lower family pool, concierge, and more. Leaving Caivama, you'll spill onto the central area of Sayulita with dozens of restaurants and boutiques. This is the heart of Sayulita at its best. Your getaway has a kitchen with dining at the island, living area with comfortable sectional sofa and TV, master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with full bed, 2nd bathroom, deck facing the Pacific Ocean, dipping pool, and laundry room. In the kitchen, a wine cooler will keep that white wine nice and cool. The living area has a view out to the patio and on to the Pacific. The unit is very nice and the photos are accurate. The plunge pool was a very nice way to cool down after a day spent in the sun. But the highlight for us was the gorgeous rooftop pool(s), and again, the photos are accurate. It's definitely as nice as it looks!The gym, which has only recently opened, was also a great amenity that we used every day, and we usually had it to ourselves.There were some issues though, including some inconsistencies with the listing:- when we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes- there was no shampoo/body wash in either bathroom- the was no iron, ironing board, or toaster- despite what the listing states, this condo does not offer "peaceful seclusion", it is not surrounded by jungle, it is not "minutes from the vibrant heart of town"(it's right in it), and perhaps most importantly, the "sound(s) of nature" is actually a rooster that lives next door and makes his presence known about 20 hours/day. AND, the music is not distant. It is nearby and often continues - loudly - until the very wee hours of the morning. After the first night we used the white noise function on our phone (full blast) and ear plugs.There is no safe in this unit, which was not a bit deal for us because it's on an upper floor and the building itself is very secure.
