"Really great location - we ended up skiing at Indian Head and Powderhorn over 3 days (4 nights). The property is very clean, well maintained, and has heated tile floors - a great way to warm one's toes after a day on the hills. The host, though, gets the absolute top scores. We always bring food to cook all of our meals. The kitchen has a very nice gas stove and oven (for a change, our other rental properties only had low quality electric) and all the kitchen supplies. I happened to find one it was lacking - a cheese grater. Jerry brought a new one in within the first 24 hours, just in time to make a salad for a second night dinner. The grater was accompanied by a bottle of wine - entirely not anticipated. And the advertisement that the property is dog friendly is really an understatement. The owners adore dogs. We brought our GSD, as always. Other properties have pages of rules and restrictions regulating big dogs (despite how well trained the dogs might be). At this property not only were there no restrictions, Jerry offered to bring a treat! We have stayed at a number of properties in the area for our skiing trips and this one so far has the absolute best combination of value and heart in it. "
