Stay in Nice, not in Pietra Ligure
The bathrooms are way too small and half the size of the pictures. It was difficult to shower in the mini-bathtub they had supplied. The rooms were decent in size but the living room was small. Breakfast was nice and staff helpful. Better to stay in Nice where it's lively and can find better rooms at the same price. No internet available in both of our rooms. We had to go near the elevator to use the internet....Otherwise was decent.

Accogliente e serio.
Residence ottimo, pulizia della camera perfetta, comodo ai servizi di prima necessità essendo nelle vicinanze di un corso principale. Possibilità di parcheggio sia fuori che all'interno ( dentro a pagamento) Purtroppo le camere sono molto vicine e ascolti tutto e i balconi sono comunicanti divisi solo da una inferriata, ma dipende sempre dall'educazione e dal rispetto di comportamento dei singoli partecipanti.Nel complesso tutto comodo e ben sistemato. Provare per credere.

Очень скромно за такие деньги
Мы выбирали апартаменты с бассейном, в итоге когда мы приехали - бассейн был на реконструкции и как раз заработал к нашему отъезду. После того, как написали письмо в hotels.com - нам вернули 5% от стоимости проживания, также отель предоставил нам бесплатный ужин в ресторане. Это скрасило наше разочарование. В целом ожидали бОльшего за такую стоимость (у нас получилось около 10000 р за ночь). Резиденция старая, есть ремонт в спальне, но все равно чувствуется ветхость во всем. На кухне нет посудомоечной машины, первые пару дней уборщица мыла посуду, потом перестала. Вай фай работал плохо, видео не грузились. Еще очень утомляли колокола, которые звонили даже по ночам и очень навязчиво начинали звонить в 7-30 утра, затем в 8-00, в общем спать с открытым балконом не удавалась дольше 8. До моря не далеко по прямой, расположение удобное. Есть площадка с барбекю, иногда готовили там ужины. Персонал приветливый. В принципе вполне нормально, но дорого для таких условий.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma vicino al mare, silenzioso e pulito. Abbiamo affittato un bilocale ma arredamento a nuovo. Forse sarebbe meglio mettere qualche pentola in più. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Dårlig service, men lækker placering
Lejlighederne er MEGET lydte - man kan tydeligt høre samtaler fra naboværelser. Fin altan, toilet og køkken Sengene var meget hårde Vi havde bestilt inkl morgenmad (hvilket bestod af lidt pålæg, vandmelon og meget tørt brød - ikke fantastisk). Men da noget var gået galt i vores reservation fra hotels.com og dette var ikke registreret hos hotellet. Receptionisten var på ingen måde lydhør da vi fremviste vores bekræftelsesmail hvori gratis morgenmad var noteret, men forlangte betaling for morgenmaden. Hotels.com tilbagebetaler os beløbet, men meget dårlig service fra Residence Rivieras side!!! Hotellet lå godt ift strand - poolområdet er primært optaget af børnefamilier.

До моря 10 мин. Есть пляжи платные (22 евро) и бесплатные. Море супер! Несмотря на то, что вы снимаете квартиру с кухней, отель оснащен рядом приятных вещей. У отеля не маленькая территория, на которой есть бассейн, спортивная и детская площадка, зона барбекю, парковка. Отель предлагает завтрак, что несмотря на наличие кухни очень удобно, т.к. ты не тратишь время утром на приготовление пищи, мойку посуды и после завтрака идешь сразу на море. Очень приятный бармен/официант. МЫ жили в основном корпусе № 39. на мой взгляд он самый лучший, т.к. он расположен на последнем этаже основного здания, имеет два балкона с видом на море и горы. Сам номер очень просторный метров 40, состоит из двух комнат: гостиная с кухней, в ней диван с ортопедическим матрасом и большая спальня с двухспальной кроватью. Все чисто и приятно оформлено. Кухня оборудована всей необходимой посудой для готовки (даже штопор можете не брать :)) Русские, видимо, редкие гости отеля. Поэтому относятся к нам с какой-то осторожностью и недоверием. Было неприятно, когда на обратном пути из отеля у меня с карты списали стоимость проживания повторно. Поскольку мы уезжали рано утром, мы выяснили, что можно оплатить заранее накануне. На ресепшн в это время был мужчина (видимо хозяин). Я расплатился с ним наличными. Он, видимо, забыл сообщить персоналу. В итоге, никто со мной не связался, просто списали сумму. Благо взял их визитку, позвонил, все выяснили деньги тут же вернули. Но осадочек остался. Иначе бы поставил 5+
