« The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

« We enjoyed our stay at Finger Lakes Lodging. The room was cozy and quiet, despite being right by the main road. We enjoyed the upscale toiletries provided. The Great Room where there is free coffee and tea for guests could have been a little more tidy (trash was overflowing) but overall we had a wonderful experience and would stay there again. »

« Allez à Auburn! C'est une région magnifique: des lacs splendides et des gens très accueillants. L'hôtel en question est parfait comme point de chute. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la piscine est petite mais impeccable. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir! Allez-y! Vous n'y trouverez pas le moindre Français et vous verrez ce que sont les États Unis en dehors des grandes villes! »

"Par ma faute j’ai pas eu le temps de regarder le rating due au fait qu’il était tard et cell sur le bord de mourir. Personne au comptoir était pratiquement incompréhensible en anglais mon second langage. J’avais déjà payer la chambre sur expédia mais il m’a chargé 62$ us de plus que je me suis plein et fut remboursé. Les photos sur expédia sont fausse. Tapis extrêmement sale plein de tache chien à uriner dans l’entrée fenêtres salles odeur déplaisante. Beaucoup de résidents questionnable. Toutes les portes extérieur recouverte de planche de pliwood. Manquait une serviette toilette qui flush mal une brûlure de cigarette sur la couverture si on peut appeler ça une couverture avec mouche dans lit. J’ai contacté expédia pour me faire rembourser ça reste à voir. J’ai quitté l’endroit et le propriétaire m’a dit d’aller au Hampton inn payer 200$ mais j’ai trouvé une place pour même prix à 800 mètres de l’endroit qui fut mille fois mieux. Sérieusement expédia ne devrait même pas l’afficher sur sont site. Ça fait 10 hôtel de suite que je book via expédia et c’est le seul qui m’a vraiment déplu et je ne suis pas une princesse. En plus d’être partie j’ai perdu une bonne heure avec expédia expliquer la situation Internet ne fonctionnait même pas ça disait connecter mais aucun accès au réseau. Bref sauvez vous le trouble et réserver ailleurs et j’espère expédia l’enlève de sont site."
