5 night stay. This property is not in a safe location. 2 broken down cars in lot, sketchy area with cars pulling up to party outside during the night. Super loud upstairs unit - like elephants parading and noisy. AC didn't work the first night. Mgmt sent repairman 2nd day. Washing machine is not balanced even with a small load. It "walked" out of its area and pulled the dryer vent loose. Mgmt didn't respond. Stay away.

First night was okay, scary neighborhood. Could not go outside due to unsafe area. Next day went downtown came back and tub full of dirty water, toilet did not flush and refrigerator was leaking all over the kitchen. Air conditioner didn’t work either night that we stayed. Again u safe to go outside due to neighbors and couldn’t sleep due to noisy area and unsafe conditions. No outside for furniture for visitors to sit on and enjoy the sunshine. The only view we had was a broken down truck and garbage all over the place in the parking lot. Neighbors up all hours of the night, listening to loud music and smoking and drinking. Contacted management and didn’t respond for over 20 hours. After checkout manager said they would get it fixed for us immediately, but we were already gone at the time of checkout.
