Come stay away with us but feel at home in this tastefully decorated refinished condo. Positioned perfectly in the historic district, this unit is a stone's throw away to some of the best restaurants in town and less than a 5 minute walk to River Street! We offer a washer/dryer for you to use at your convenience. WiFi and smart TV's included. SVR-01833 The Space: We offer a completely furnished kitchen ready for those who choose to dine in. Coffee and tea is provided to make your mornings easy : ) There is a washer/dryer in the closet available for your use and we also have a trundle bed in the second bedroom for those of you with kids or an extra roommate! Guest Access: There are elevators available for you on the main level, we are on level 3. The Neighborhood: We are two blocks from Chippewa Square, 5 blocks from City Market and just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best restaurants in town like Husk, Collins Quarter, Hitch, The Olde Pink House and DOZENS of others! Getting Around: You can walk to ANYTHING downtown from this location. Whether you wish to go on a run to Forsyth Park, do some shopping on Broughton, or just some walking on River Street, you are within a 5 minute walk to everything! I recommend downloading the Park Savannah app ahead of time. We had 2 couples and enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, know that you are staying in an historic building. Though renovated, don’t expect hotel finishes. You do, though, get a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms!
