Walk to the city’s best restaurants, River Street, and cultural landmarks while enjoying premium amenities like a sprawling second-story porch, tranquil koi pond, and free off-street parking in a private rear driveway.

Guests have full private access to the home, including the second-story porch, koi pond, and garden area. The home includes free off-street parking in the rear driveway (up to 2 vehicles). Enjoy self-check-in with a smart lock for added flexibility and security. There is a camera on the porch for security purposes only.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The Koi Retreat is ideally situated just two blocks west of Forsyth Park on Park Ave W. Enjoy easy walks to fantastic dining like Collins Quarter at Forsyth. Grab a coffee right in the neighborhood at the Sentient Bean. Pick up some tremendous BBQ to go at Saqib’s BBQ Emporium, or grab a drink at The Black Rabbit—all just minutes from the apartment. Ready to explore outside of just the neighborhood? Spice up your nightlife by heading to Molly MacPherson’s Scottish pub for that perfect pint, or check out Congress Street Social Club, where you can enjoy live music, sports, and billiards. Take in the true essence of Savannah by stopping by the City Market, an 18th-century open-air market that has existed in Savannah since the 1700s. Enjoy four blocks of restaurants, shops, and more! Once there, head just a few blocks to enjoy the famous Savannah Riverwalk. Experience the incredible history of Savannah by stopping by the Telfair Academy, an elegant, long-standing art museum, The American Prohibition Museum, Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum, and many more, all just a short walk from the apartment. Want to take it all in at once while riding or biking? We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours. Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Barnard and Park stop just a 1-minute walk from the loft. Try out the Savannah Belles Ferries to see the beautiful skyline of Savannah from the riverfront, with a stop right at the riverfront.  
  
Getting Around:  
There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (The DOT Shuttle) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to the top of Forsyth (only a block away) it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This is the lower unit of a duplex, so please be courteous to your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am, especially when outside :)
