SVR-02597 The Space: Located on the street level of Harcourt Manor, this garden apartment provides a unique space that is perfect for the traveling family or any travelers that want to come home to have a little fun. Enter the apartment through a steel rod gate located on the side of the manor, where you will use your own door code to enter the apartment. Three small stairs are required to enter the home. Step directly into the living space that provides a comfortable oversized sofa and smart TV ready for all your entertainment needs. The TV comes equipped with YoutubeTV that we offer for free! Directly to the left is the unit’s kitchenette providing you with a countertop convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The kitchen is stocked with dishware essentials, paper towels, and more to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. Off the kitchenette is the primary bedroom featuring a brand-new queen mattress with comfortable linens. A second entryway leads to a small outdoor space, and the unit’s shared bathroom also connects. There are 2 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a large bathroom. It is very close to the fountain and an easy walk to city market with plenty of restaurants on the way.
