The location is fantastic, just steps from Chippewa Square, and the house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well appointed with lovely, comfortable furnishings and beds. Like many historic Savannah properties, the home is built up with plenty of steps, but the elevator (running from the first floor all the way to the rooftop) was a great feature.The rooftop deck is a highlight, offering a gorgeous view — a few more chairs and perhaps a coffee table would make it an even better gathering spot. There is convenient onsite parking, though we didn't use it since Savannah is such a wonderfully walkable city. As with any home of this size, there are a few areas that need some general maintenance, but the host/property manager has already started addressing them, which was reassuring. The owner is very responsive and got back to us quickly! We needed a chef and she was able to give a suggestion too. This home is absolutely beautiful and the space and comfort were just top notch. It was 10 of us and not once did we get in the way of each other! We had so much space to relax and move around…simply lovely! The whole feel of this home felt like being at the spa. The rooftop is an absolute bonus and must see! The view is just awesome! The location is just perfect…we were able to walk and enjoy the walk to Downtown and beyond, to River Street. Loved Savannah and the Brigham was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen and fantastic dining area for our group of 8\. Would have liked some basic things like tinfoil/plastic wrap. Living room area was spacious and comfortable. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as they are not provided. We loved that all the rooms had king sized beds. This exceptional property was beautifully designed and decorated on 5 levels thoughtfully planned with elevator access to all levels. The property has 5 spacious bedrooms, all either ensuite or with an adjacent bath, multiple large gathering spaces including a super rooftop terrace. Additionally there were two fully furnished kitchens with every convenience provided. The Brigham provides all linens, extra towels, etc... all this plus 4 parking spaces, a true asset in a town where parking is a premium. Elegant, spotless, inclusive and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and all Savannah has to offer was found at this location. Our group of four couples had generous private spaces and great gathering spots. If visiting Savannah you should seriously consider The Brigham! ##### Clint C. This property is the nicest, most well supplied VRBO I’ve ever rented. Super clean, organized, everything you need & exceeded expectation. A coffee pot would be nice. The location is perfect for getting around the city on foot. Two parking spots on site are convenient (another owner did rudely block the driveway. The garage with two more spots is easily accessed & also only a skirt walk across Liberty. The rooftop, though wonderful, was not used due to cold & rainy weather. We walked all over beautiful Savannah and never needed an uber besides going to and from the airport. The large property is perfect for a big group because the main floor with kitchen has no bedrooms, so night owls and early risers never woke up anyone who was sleeping.
