This 5 bedroom 5 full bath completely renovated property has all you need for your family and friends to enjoy time together but still giving you that space of your own. Traveling just became easy for everyone with an elevator for those who can’t do stairs. Here’s the quick overview of one of the most luxurious properties of Historic Savannah that won’t break your budget. 5 bedrooms with their own private full bath, 4 bedrooms offering ultra fine king beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, the comfiest beds with fine bedding, a seating space, ceiling fans, and the east end of the home has balconies overlooking Bull Street. There are 2 amazing living spaces with hardwood throughout, crown moldings, and each offer balconies as well. Treat yourself to the best view downtown from the private rooftop terrace overlooking one of the nations most historic cities with steeples of St. John’s Cathedral, the golden dome of City Hall, and the Talmadge Bridge in the distance. To top it all off, convenience is having 3 parking spaces which is almost unheard of in downtown Savannah! One is located on site and two others are in the parking garage across the street. Walk through the historic district easily from The Brigham or catch a pedicab from Chippewa Square to tour our city from your front door.  
  
Entering the home you’ll immediately experience luxury and elegance beyond your expectations. Don’t want to do stairs with your luggage? Take the elevator to your preferred floor. The lower level of the property has 2 luxurious bedrooms with private baths. The master bedroom offers a King bed and the guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Each get their own full tiled bath with large step in shower and plenty of fluffy towels. A library style seating area offers cozy swivel chairs for a quiet read and a half bath conveniently located. The living room has large glass doors for plenty of light leading to the balcony, a great place to enjoy your coffee or tea overlooking the city. A comfortable sofa and chairs with large flat screen TV are the perfect place to lounge with family and friends after a day in Savannah. The living space is open to the dining area which seats 4. A galley kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops has everything you need to prepare a meal and more. A starter of Keurig coffee is awaiting your java needs. A laundry area with front loading washer dryer is in the rear of the home. A quiet desk area is also available if you must work while you’re visiting.  
  
That was only the beginning of your Brigham experience! Entering the main level of the home you’ll be wowed with the large open floor plan! The main living room offers the finest in furnishings with 2 large sofas, some cozy chairs, decor that screams luxury, a chaise lounge for relaxation, more glass doors opening onto the balconies, a large flat screen tv for watching your favorite program or for game day, and lots of space to stretch and enjoy time with your family and friends. The occasional horse drawn carriage can be seen strolling by from your balcony or enjoy that afternoon toddy in the Spanish moss covered treetops.  
  
The dining room has it all for entertaining and can accommodate your entire group seating 10 at one of the most beautiful dining tables perfect for that luncheon or supper you’ve been planning. The kitchen is open to the dining room and is a caterers dream for preparing and serving the finest meal. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including 2 ovens, 2 extra refrigerated drawers, a wine cooler, an extra prep area, gas stove with 6 burners, and a full stock of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and kitchenware. Another Keurig is also provided with starter coffee. A half bath is conveniently located off the living area. A large second laundry room is a bonus feature.  
  
Retreat to the sleeping quarters on the next level for the most relaxing evenings in your own suite. 3 bedrooms provide King beds with ultra fine bedding, gorgeous decor, flat screen tv’s, and their own private tiled bath. The west end bedroom has a large bath with soaking tub and separate shower, perfect for ladies or the children in the party.

Last but certainly not least is the private rooftop terrace overlooking one of the most historic cities of our great nation, our beautiful Savannah, Georgia!
