had to switch rooms due to our first room just being in a horrible location. right by an exit door and right in front of the elevator. having children playing outside and screaming outside our room at 7AM when we went on vacation TO SLEEP. Rome also had a weird shaking problem like our whole room would shake so we don’t know what that was about. Also, our room was right on the main road too, so there was just no peace and quiet in that room but when we did asked to change rooms, they were very accommodating, and when we got back to the hotel and we’re giving the new room, keys are stuff and luggage wasn’t in the room like we told it would be, but then we received it very quickly so overall, if you get room 130 just immediately ask for a different room other than that it’s great

This hotel did not give me clean feeling. The sheets felt unclean. And that to me is a deal breaker. But it’s close to the historic center and has nice outside terrace.

Overall we liked the hotel. Positives were the courtyard and the happy hour, also staff was friendly and helpful. Negatives were that the floors were dirty in room and hallway, and outside our window was a lot of junk and old equipment, so not the best view.

Room noise from the street was so loud we could not sleep. Dogs in the hotel urinating in the lobby. We had to check out after one night and no refund was offered from the hotel or Expedia. We lost two night accommodations. Thank you Kimpton & Expedia for costing me $350. Great customer service.

Fantastic location! So convenient to everything. Great restaurants and shops all around. Wine reception and coffee service were both very nice. Facilities were great. The elevator just needs some love. Staff was super professional and exceptionally friendly.

My stay at the Kimpton Bruce was markedly below the brand's usual standards. The check-in process was chaotic, with a cramped reception and a mix-up with room keys. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning. The room's cleanliness was deeply concerning, with visible dust, dirt, and hair from previous guests, making it uncomfortable to the point where I had to cover the floor with towels to walk. Essential amenities were missing, and basic supplies like towels were hard to come by, with the front desk offering worn-out pool towels as a makeshift solution. The staff members were not hospitable and all seemed very overwhelmed. Advertised as pet-friendly, the reality was less ideal with constant noise from dogs in neighboring rooms. The lack of assistance with luggage during check-out, despite a hefty parking fee, was the final disappointment. I relocated to the Hilton Garden Inn, where the quality of service and accommodation starkly contrasted my experience at the Kimpton. I regret to say that this stay did not meet the expectations set by the Kimpton brand. For those considering a visit to Savannah, I recommend looking into other accommodations.

The Kimptom Brice located in the heart of Downtown Savannah was a very nice destination even if starting for 1. Night like we did . The rooms are well appointed and the hotel is updated and clean. It’s a great location and walkable to shops and the river front which has many spots to dine have a cocktail or shop. The hotel features a restaurant that had live music playing at night. The hotel is pet friendly with No extra charge. I highly recommend the hotel. Also the staff is great and always ready to assist you.

We really liked staying at the hotel. The only issue that I have is we were there 3 days and the maid service came very late one of the days. They did a pretty good job of cleaning, but some of that areas were not as spotless as they could be. Valet parking is very nice. The clerk at the desk was very knowledgeable. Very good help. They they have a Italian restaurant on site and a bar. Both were very good. Breakfast was very good overall. It was a very good experience. The bartender was a little standoffish the other than those few instances was pretty good. Stay

Absolutely amazing area. The staff were excellent too with tons of patience. My only complaint was the amount of pet fur everywhere. I did not realize before booking that this was a pet friendly hotel chain.

My bicycle was stolen from the locked bike rack on my car in the hotel’s parking garage. Despite this, the manager did not show up until 2 hours after the incident, after I had filed a report with the police and left. Moreover, he did not return my calls throughout the day. When an assistant returned a call much later in the day, he stated that the hotel had no responsibility for the theft, but it was the responsibility of the hotel’s valet service. No where on the premises or from staff was I apprised that the hotel did not take responsibility for its parking garage.

If you are going to allow dogs, you need to be on top of cleaning. Cleaning isn’t their top priority. Sheets were visibly dirty, asked for fresh sheets and changed them myself. No microwave and refrigerator didn’t work, very inconvenient. The phone in the room did not work and I had to go to the front desk from the 3rd floor when I needed new linen. Tried to call from my cell but took a while to get through. The restaurant was great, no issues there. Complimentary wine was cool during their cocktail hour. Overall, wouldn’t recommend mainly due to the inconveniences and cleanliness. Only option is to valet park or either be super inconvenienced. We were rushed to get our belongings out the car so valet could park other cars. We opted out due to the ridiculous fee of $45 a night. Just was not a great experience, was expecting more from this spot.

Very nice hotel and huge plus that they allow dogs! The hotel is in a perfect location, walkable to anywhere in Savannah and right on the water. We would definitely stay again!

Dogs can stay for free. The staff is extremely lovely. The hotel itself is very pretty.
