House is close to boat ramp at the Dam & right on the river for bank fishing. Plenty of parking for our 2 vehicles & boat. House was clean & had everything we needed. Also loved all the little 'extras' that were provided. Felt right at home. Best part was the screened in porch overlooking the river. Only negative thing I have to say is the owner messaged me an hour before check-out time to ask us to be out by 11 - that the cleaner would be there at 11 to start cleaning due to more guests arriving later that day. We have NEVER been late on checking out but due to boat engine troubles, we were late getting back to the house to load our stuff. I appreciate clear communication from the owners, but I didn't feel welcomed at that point - more like 'please hurry & get out so we can accommodate other guests'. May just be the way I interpreted it, but I have never been asked to be out like that. If the cleaner needs that much time, I'd suggest moving check-out time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
