But Small for families Glad to have found a single-story, pet friendly place within the historic district. I would not recommend this for more than four people. Very small living space difficult for little kids. Seven minute walk to forsyth Park.we parked our car near downtown to get a little closer. You could walk to River Street if you weren’t pushing a stroller. And we’re up to a good walk 20 to 30 minutes. we had a great stay.
