I hate to share a bad review. Room 115. I get that it was just after "Spring Break", but maybe it will make it better for the next guests. Bed comforter was a bit dirty like someone stood on it and left foot prints. The floors needed to be swept they were gritty (from the sand probably). The lamps didn't work. The old school lock was broken (I put a chair under the door for a measure of safety). And lastly the window to the door (like a portal) was rotted out and could easily have been pushed in. Shower was clean. Sheets were clean and smelled like freshly bleached and I was only staying one night so I stayed. I was up and out early.

The location was right on the street with a lot of bars and souvenir shops. It was quiet at night, which was great, but not the scene we were looking for (family of 4). The bar Wet Willies is right under the hotel and I'm pretty sure the bar uses a room there for storage. It was close the beach, which was also great, but the hotel needs some maintenance and upkeeping. The pool had no lock to get in so pretty much open to the public. The room was fairly dirty. The beds were clean, but the floor was filthy, baseboard and trim were coming loose or coming off, and the door had gaps all around it. The front desk people were very nice and having a parking spot that close to the beach was also very nice.

Great location - just a quick walk to good eats and the beach. Parking is decent but a bit tight with some of the SUVs trying to park in the spaces. Overall, a great experience!

I love the mini kitchen!!!during out stay-there was unexpected tornado warning,it rained all day-good thing there’s market nearby and the room have mini kitchen with utensils. I suggest to add a kettle for hot water in case guest cant drink coffee. Ill be back for sure.

Staff friendly and helpful, parking was good, bedding fresh and clean plus towels, could do with more or larger towels, room clean, floor could do with a good clean. Nice place for an overnight stay. The exterior is unimpressive, but the room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable! There was a nice pool which we did not use as it was too cold, also a photo booth---when did you last see one of those? Easy, short walk to beach and dining options. Tybee is a great little old-time beach town.

The hotel is ok does need a good cleaning beds are soft we didn’t use the pool but it looked clean very close to the beach and pier the staff was very friendly parking was tight but one good thing you didn’t have to pay extra like other hotels started doing I will stay here again

Checkin was fast and the young man at the front desk was very nice. The rooms are extremely dated. The furniture needs to be replaced. Only provided two towels and they were dirty. The outside has trash everywhere in the parking lot. The water from the sink and tub smelled terrible! The floors were gross and the toilet was dirty.

Very good stay on Tybee
Very good stay. Front Desk was excellent. Check in was fast. Room was big and clean. Only issue is the room was directly across from the elevator. It was ok this stay because its off season, but I would advise NOT getting this room in the high season. Excellent location

This is our second time staying here, both times during December. For my daughter and i, its perfect. Zero complaints other than this time, our mini fridge was a little loud and i had to unplug it every night to sleep peacefully. This was in room 203. Otherwise, perfect stay for us!!

I honestly cannot say anything good about this establishment. The building is outdated, the room we were given was subpar and had a really bad stench. The bed was no different than a brick. My wife and I had to leave a day early from our stay due to COVID illness and yet the establishment never gave us a refund. Trust and believe me when I say this is one poace you definitely definitely want to avoid. Other than that, there were a lot of great places to go shopping in the area and the pier was right around the corner.

Great location, super comfy bed!
We had a wonderful stay! We got upgraded to a deluxe room for our honeymoon and the kitchen area was awesome. No breakfast is provided so it was nice to be able to cook. The bed was absolutely heavenly. The room was so cute. One thing that was not disclosed was that the hotel doesn't have an elevator so be mindful of that if you get booked on the 2nd floor and can't do 2 flights of stairs. We loved the proximity to the beach, just two or three minutes walk!

Can’t Beat the Value.
This was our second stay here & the reason I rebooked is because you truly can’t beat the location. It’s so convenient. I do feel like there could be some major improvements to the property & the rooms could have been a bit cleaner (honestly they probably just need to be refreshed overall) but for the value and the service, I definitely feel happy with our stay. I will likely book again in the future.

Blood in comforter. Complained without it getting fixed. Had to go back in office and complain again after dark. Got 1 of 2 nights refund not both. (Repeat-they did not change or fox the issue until I came back later that night. I had to leave again and wait. Running faucets and toilets. Would not stay there again

Clean and close to everything
We had a great day everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Parking was free. Bed was comfy enough and clean. We were able to watch the parade from the above landing which was so nice. We would like to also mention that I left my wallet in the room and made it all the way home but someone found it cleaning and turned it into the office and they called me. They are supposed to be mailing it to me soon. So happy to have good honest people I care about their customers. Hopefully it will arrive soon so I cannot stress out about the postal service or someone losing it (besides me).... will will stay again in the future.

Needs bigger parking spots but other than that it was great! The staff is really great and the housekeeping is great as well. If there is a problem during your stay they try their best to accommodate it.
