The City Ordinance states that a sound can\`t be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume. \-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance. \-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds. \-Please always remove shoes in the house.
