Guest Access: Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, and one additional parking spot on the street directly in front of the house. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not allowed. The Neighborhood: The property sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony. The neighborhood is in a secluded area of town, but you will still have easy access to Tybee and Downtown - you will enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time! There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart and Kroger within 3 minutes. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss! Getting Around: The house is conveniently located in Wilmington Island, which is halfway between Tybee Island (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately a mile from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 2.5-miles away. Other Things to Note: We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay! Interaction with Guests: We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you! You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at noon on the day of your arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property. The space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. After comparing different homes this one was the best option for us solely based on the advertised “renovated pool area”. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property we were blindsided with a destroyed/unusable pool. It was only after I voiced my disappointment with the pool’s condition that the owners informed me it was destroyed due to an ice storm. The home itself is beautiful and clean. My less than five star rating is based on the destroyed/unsafe pool area. The other hiccup came with delay of entering and securing the property upon leaving due to the digital lock being dead/inoperable. I was able to quickly contact the owners for assistance. Overall, I would suggest this home once the pool area is truly renovated. The pool cover is damaged/broken with bars hanging which I consider a safety hazard due to high winds. Outside of not having the ability to use the pool the home is beautiful and clean. ##### Yadetress M.
