Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius. What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Although this property was a little warn it was immaculately clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed for a proper Christmas dinner. Please be aware that this is unit is on the second floor and the stairs are narrow so if you're planning on bringing up a large, wide cooler, think again my friends! I shutter to think of the surveillance camera coverage of my husband and I attempting to load in and out. Please don't post it to youtube. The location could not be more ideal for visiting Savannah - a few blocks from Forscyth Park; a few blocks the other direction to the river front, and Jones street is absolutely beautiful in its own right. The city ordinances mandate quiet neighborhoods after 9:00pm, so even in the heart of the city, it is tranquil at night. We will most definitely stay there again. ##### David D.
