The private pool was a huge benefit, as we used it sometimes twice per day. Location was great, half way (walking distance) between waterfront/downtown district, on the one side, and Forsyth Park, Bull Street restaurants, and groceries, on the other side. The beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly located for our stay. We were a group of four ladies celebrating our 50th birthday and it suited our needs perfectly. The pool was clean. The courtyard was very pretty. I would suggest covering outdoor furniture. It was wet and dirty and we were not able to sit on it. The only other thing I would mention is that the bathtub in the queen bedroom was extremely slippery. Other than that it was a perfect place to say and I would definitely return. ##### Michelle K. This was my second stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time! It was well maintained, clean, and close to everything we wanted to see. We could walk pretty much anywhere. There's a nice coffee roaster right around the corner. Jones Street is a block away, as is Clary's, which is a must do. Checkin was quick and painless. We had no problems, but any time we communicated with the host we were answered right away. The layout is perfect for 2 couples as both large bedrooms have comfortable beds and en suite bathroom. The private pool was heated and useable as we were blessed with 70° weather in January. Street parking was easy and convenient and communication with the property manager was clear and easy.
