This is our 3rd time staying here. The location cannot be beat. Within walking distance (for real. Im no hiker lol) from river street, squares, eating and. The original allure was that it had its own parking space. A special commadity downtown!!! Bed is comfy. Cute sitting area for watching tv. Kitchen if ya wanna cook (but why would ya?! Youre in savannah!!!l) right across from a cemetary if you want to look around. There are upstairs neighbors that we heard in the mornings but nothing unmanagable. Def recommend adding this to your to stay list. We will be back!!

Great location and comfy
Our place had a near perfect location for exploring Savannah. Within a mile of anything you could want to walk to. Tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. The actual place had a comfy bed (but the pillows were pretty terrible). Lots of space, a well appointed kitchen. Who is cooking when they come to Savannah though?. Shower didn’t get super hot, didn’t even use cold to blend and just turned the hot knob. Again it’s hard to be the location and price and comfy bed. Also it was fairly quiet at night. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay as we were in town for a wedding at the Perry Lane hotel which was right around the corner. We enjoyed the serenity and quiet. The place was clean and just what we needed for a short weekend stay. The bedroom is spacious and bed is comfortable. The couch, table and chairs were great. And it was nice to have the kitchen for storing drinks and morning snacks. The bathroom and closets could use a little TLC. We would stay here again!

Great Location
The apartment itself could use a bit of updating, but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, it was quiet and the location can't be beat... close to everything and beautiful views out the window. All-in-all, it was a great spot from which to explore Savannah.

Driving tour of Georgia
The location was great. There were a few quirky things in the place but nothing that made it a bad stay. The bed was comfortable and you could not beat the location. It was very nice having a great breakfast and lunch place just a half a block away. If you’re a coffee drinker then the pit there is only for ground coffee so we had to purchase some as all we brought were k cups. We did appreciate having a parking space and not having to find a place on the street. We would stay there again.

Perfect location
This place was in the perfect location. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within an easy walk. A walk to the riverfront was only 12 minutes. The cathedral Of Saint John was only a block or two away. There are two stops for the trolley tour within the same block. I highly recommend you get a pass for the trolley and see the city, its The best way to get around and you get a lot of history. The only negative on this place was there wasn’t any coffee. In my opinion coffee is a basic standard. There was a Parker convenient store/market close by and this place is amazing.

Fantastic and Quiet Location
A perfect place to stay when you want to be close to everything in the northern historic district and still be able to sleep at night. The unit is well appointed with everything you need: an amazingly comfortable bed with soft linens, black-out curtains, multiple mirrors and lighting for getting ready, a great sofa for relaxing. The private parking is a HUGE plus. We walked everywhere with ease (which included multiple daily trips to Zunzi's right up Perry Lane for cups of sweet tea - and 6+ gallons to bring home to the freezer!!) because it is so centrally located to all of our favorite places. We will definitely be back!
