The negatives include the entrance was very decrepit with rotting wood and a rickety gate. The stairs are very narrow and winding and its tricky to vavigate with full arms. The front porch which has optimal views of Forsythe Park was closed off due to rotting wood so we were not able to take advantage of that space. ##### t v.
