Be aware that this home has a LOT of steps! The layout is nice, but there are 3 levels. It was quiet & we enjoyed watching the boats going down the river. Every time I had a question, our host was quick to answer. We requested more dish towels & they brought them right away. The only thing I would recommend is that you have some local channels on your smart tvs. We were there when Hurricane Helene rolled thru on the night of the 26th & it would have been nice to know what was happening locally. The rug was very soiled, also you should have a dimmer installed for the chandelier in dinning area (we couldn’t find it). Some of the bedding was very worn maybe replace for the new guest.
