As you step into this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat, you'll be transported to a bygone era, seamlessly blending with modern flair. Each room tells a story with its unique fireplace, hardwood floors and architectural details. The master bedroom extends the experience with its own private courtyard and access to the rejuvenated shared courtyard, adorned with original 1700s "Savannah Gray" bricks—truly a place to soak up the city's historic charm.
Your comfort is our priority, and this flat is equipped with a amenity stocked kitchen, a spa-like bathroom, TVs in every room, superior management, and accommodations that are second to none. Additional amenities await to enhance your stay.

Your Garden apartment, conveniently located on the ground floor, offers easy access to the shared spaces, including the entrance, laundry room, and courtyard. While these areas are shared with fellow guests, there are two laundry facilities available in the main estate for your convenience. This apartment is handicap accessible.

Guests have access to the apartment, a private patio off the master, the shared courtyard, the shared laundry room, and metered street parking across the building.

Lovely Condo Close to Everything
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo situated in a quiet, central location within walking distance to all of the historic district. The condo was well appointed with comfy beds and a beautiful garden to rest and rejuvenate. Parking was not an issue as we found a place right out front. Would highly recommend this condo. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolute Gem
This garden apartment is an absolute gem! It’s beautifully decorated and in pristine condition. The beds were comfortable, the showers were wonderful. The house itself is beautiful and there is a lovely little side courtyard plus a larger shared one in the back. It’s within a short walking distance of all of the great parts of Savannah. Although - if you have little kids and you take them on a ghost tour, just know they may get freaked out when an inordinate amount of time is spent at the cemetery directly across the street so they’re convinced ghosts are haunting them! Lol Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!
