May 12, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy This property is decent. It has pros and cons. It is walkable to Forsyth Park and surrounding area. It's a bit of a hike to get to the riverfront. The neighborhood is definitely transitional. Some of the houses are really nice some not so much. The surrounding neighbors are a little sketchy especially after dark. This is not a quiet property as it is right on a busy street and if you have a tenant above you it is very loud when they are walking around or doing other activities. There are no blinds in the windows which is a big negative as the light is very bright in the mornings even with curtains. I'm assuming that's why they give you an eye mask and earplugs. The host was accommodating to my request. The location is perfect, apartment was clean. The area was quiet, and there is parking. It’s just a few blocks from downtown. We brought bikes with us and there is a bike lane all the way to downtown. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Savanna. ##### Thomas G.
