It's a bit of a hike to get to the riverfront. The neighborhood is definitely transitional. Some of the houses are really nice some not so much. The surrounding neighbors are a little sketchy especially after dark. This is not a quiet property as it is right on a busy street and if you have a tenant above you it is very loud when they are walking around or doing other activities. There are no blinds in the windows which is a big negative as the light is very bright in the mornings even with curtains. I'm assuming that's why they give you an eye mask and earplugs. The location is perfect, apartment was clean. The area was quiet, and there is parking. It’s just a few blocks from downtown.
