The property could probably use a once over with paint and a deep clean but it is in good shape. It seems to be the last street in the area that hasn’t been caught in the updates to the neighborhood. There were only 3 forks in the kitchen and other kitchen equipment was sparse. No toaster. The host were very nice and communication was great. The neighborhood & street are not up to par at all. The lot to the west is like a chop shop but has a huge chain lock and gate the owner opens constantly at all hours of the night driving loud cars in and out of. Parking is an issue. The street is loud and I don’t think I slept the whole time I was there. If you bring ear plugs a gun and sleeping medicine you will be ok staying there. But it really made a negative impact on our first time in Savannah and our little family vacation. I would recommend the owners send the address before the cancellation period ends so if you are not comfortable with the neighborhood you can cancel and get your money back. House was beautiful on the inside however let’s not forget the host have tried their best to make it comfortable. ##### Beth H. It’s a a traditional old house where the interior stairs could be an issue for people with mobility difficulties. The area where is located and as described by the owner is a work in progress. It was the perfect location! The unit was clean and very comfortable! The mattresses provided better rest than at home. Communication with the owners was top-notch!
