The worse experience

I notified the property manager, Chris, couple of hrs before she k in time that we have arrived to the town. Chris responded back to say he will provide the check in instructions at 4 pm which was the advertised check in time. This worked for us since we wanted to site see and eat lunch before checking in. We arrived at the house at 4 pm and waited and waited for the instructions. I had left messages on the site, text Chris directly and at the end called twice before getting a hold of this guy. 25 minutes later came the instructions on how to open the door and not fall down the stairs if wet. That was all that we got. The place was so dirty with long dog hair all over that we vacuumed and went to the store and bought swifter wipes to mop before unpacking. Later that day I reached out again asking for internet password. No response from Chris. I called Vrbo who attempted to reach out to the owner and still no response. We did not enjoy our stay at this place because of false advertisement and lack of professionalism from the manager! Do NOT recommend this location unleas they change management and provide what they advertise.

Unsafe and not clean

When we arrived to the property the door was not locked and the room had not been cleaned. We checked in late that night so we had to go back out and buy cleaning supplies to clean our own room after traveling all day. Also the door lock did not work. There was no need for a code the lock would just open by pushing just one button. All of this was reported to the owner but we got no response and then a cleaning service arrived the next afternoon after we had cleaned everything. No offer of a refund either. Just takes the money and runs. Do not rent from this owner.

Short Stay

Stayed here for a wedding and it was perfectly centralized to everything - the location is great but if you want to walk into town might not be the best but is a very short Uber ride into town. The home was perfect for what we needed and everything looked exactly like the listing. I would highly recommend for a short stay!

Lovely Studio for Your Stay

My fiancé and I stayed in Savanna for the night, and this was the perfect spot for our stay. It’s just a few city blocks away from many shops and restaurants and about a mile away from Forsyth park. The place was clean and the check-in/check-out process was super easy! It is on the second story, just in case you have trouble with stairs. There’s free off-street parking which is a big plus! Also, they’re pet friendly if you want to bring your pup along. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful upstairs unit/studio apartment located in the heart of downtown. Initially I wasn’t excited about learning it was an upstairs unit as I am gravity challenged and fall often. However, once getting inside- it took all of my worry away. It was beautiful and modern. Decent communication with the owner/manager. Pros: location is everything! Very close to downtown. Updated and modern. Already equipped with Netflix/streaming channels. Comfy bed. Very clean. Cons: the trains are VERY loud
