Step into a world of refined elegance as you enter this beautifully appointed space. Tall ceilings, skylights and designer furnishings create an ambiance of timeless luxury. The loft boasts expansive windows that flood the bedroom with natural light.   
  
Indulge in the comfort of a plush king-sized bed, adorned with premium linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The loft sleeps up to four guests. The spacious living area invites you to unwind in style with a leather sofa that pulls out to a memory foam queen size bed. Enjoy a 55in television in the living room AND bedroom.   
  
You will be able to prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and stunning refurbished maghogany butcher block countertops. Dine in at the sleek dining table or enjoy the ease of dining out at all the amazing local restaurants in walking distance that Savannah has to offer.  
  
After a day of exploring Savannah's rich history and vibrant culture, pamper yourself with a rejuvenating refresh in the spacious walk-in shower. Guest Access:  
To access the building guests will receive two codes. One to the shared building entrance and one to the condo door. Please note there is not an elevator in the building. There is a shared entry with a steep stair case to the second floor lofts.  
  
Getting Around:  
Parking is not included with this listing, but there are a couple options. The street parking is first come first serve and metered by the city. There is an app you can use to pay for parking called Park Savannah. The street parking is $2 an hour from 8a-8p. The other option which I recommend is using a city parking garage. There is one just a short walk a street over at 100 E State Street. That option is usually cheaper and has daily rates $5-$17 depending on the day and events in town.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note that this condo is in the heart of downtown living. While the location is fabulous it does come with some city noises that you may not be accustomed to from trains, sirens, trash vehicles, delivery trucks, and church bells. We do offer a sound machine and room darkening/sound dampening shades in the bedroom.
