This property did not disappoint! The Bay Street location was ideal for enjoying both the waterfront, and the whole historic district. Centrally located, we could get just about anywhere we wanted in no more than a 20 minute walk. The directions for entering the property were clear, with ample advance notice for us to feel secure that we knew what to do when we got there. For a party of one or two, the apartment is absolutely perfect, with comfortable furniture, and sufficient space to spread out and store items. We would absolutely consider staying here again when we plan a return trip to Savannah! ##### Stephen S. This apartment was in the perfect location for what we wanted to see and do. Most everything was within walking distance. The AC however is 2 mini split units and a note asked us not to turn on the one in the bedroom. The remote seemed to have no control on the one in the living area so it was either on and too cold or had to be turned completely off.
