Very cute shops and cafes in walking distance. Kroger's is only a few blocks away for picking up groceries. The property is well maintained and the property manager was very responsive. Lovely rooftop space and garden. The only recommendation I have is for the Garden Apartment. It is on the main floor and has a dank smell. I recommend hanging a few Damp Rid bags to freshen it up. The mattress also slants down. It might need to be replaced.
