The place was so dirty, there was literal feces on the tub, broken furniture, and dirty sheets and pillows. We were given a second room after Expedia called and it was even worse. I am still upset I will not be allow d a full refund and I even paired extra for insurance and since this space is a bio hazard it should have granted a full refund. But the front desk guy was rude, didn't care, was not apologetic, and even ignored the calls from Expedia who was called back the second time when the second room didn't work out. This place is unsafe and uninhabitable.

EVERY SINGLE NON - SMOKING room stunk like smoke, there were even cigarette burns in the room. Plus the room window was literally broken. Not just a little, a lot. This place is a total trash heap.

Not only was the room dirty, there was also mold in the room on the wire casing leading to the lamps. disappointed. I would like a refund. Also the bottom mattress was stained and not covered. I am not a person who writes a bad review, but I feel this is necessary. Shame on this establishment.

RUN!!!! Run from this place! I wish I could post pictures! The carpet looks like theyve been running a daycare for dogs and toddlers for years and never cleaned it one time, ever! It was clawed away from the thresh holds. Mold overgrowing on the vents to the AC. And I can't even describe the smell. Please, please do not make the same mistake I did by booking this room.

We asked if the rooms were clean prior to checking in. The front desk clerk responded, “It’s not the Marriott. We were given a smoking room, then another room that was filthy. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

Thé staff did not care about us, about the cleanliness, the heavy cigarette smoke, about all the night activity around the parking. Car stoping by with people coming out and looking inside other car with flashlight,about the fact that the police came few times during the night. We left before the end of our stay. We weren’t able to sleep during the first night if our stay. We will make a official complaint to La Quinta inn. We can believe that the direction of that institution let that kind of conditions happen!

The location is great for shopping, dining and the roads lead to the historical district, and the I-95 highway. The facility is dirty, there was broken furnishings, stained bath tub, no clothes hangers and the walls need to be painted

The room was disgusting. Bugs crawling, dirty, dirty linens, and dirty toilet. Someone’s hair was all over the place. Cigarette buds inside the drawers. The rooms smelled like a chimney. Parties going on all night and people knocking on the door. I have a family of 4 and had to convince the front desk guy to give me two additional towels because there were only two. No hand soap. Floors were slimy and dirty. I will never stay at a Quinta again.

We actually took one step in the lobby and felt immediately dissatisfied. The area seemed to be under construction and there was a mildew odor and something going on with the ceiling in the lobby. We took a chance and walked back to check the guest room and upon opening the door were hit with the strongest smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke I have ever smelled.This was supposed to be a non smoking room bc me and my children are very asthmatic and allergic to smoke. We didnt even get both feet in the door before I shut it and said. "No way we are staying here tonight." Even with that brief exposure I was sent into an asthma attack and my eldest son got sick to his stomach and a migraine probably from the mold in the lobby as well. I let them stay in the car and went right up to the desk and demanded a refund. The front desk man didnt even ask why it seemed to me that most decent people who try to stay there are immediately turned off and leave. He must be used to giving refunds and having people refuse to stay

The staff was very kind but the location was falling apart. We tried three times to improve. Two rooms smelled like weed, and our third room had two leaky ceilings (complete with falling plaster). The furniture was stained and faded, and the carpet was really dirty.

Bedbugs!!!!!!!
This place is disgusting and has bedbugs. I took them to them office in a cup to show them. I was told I would be refunded the next morning and now they are telling me that have to investigate…. We found the bedbugs 15 min maybe after checking in. Never took our luggage in…. They gave us a new room and my two children and I slept outside in the car in the parking lot. This place is DIRTY and gross. DO NOT STAY here.
