A stone's throw from Forsyth Park, this recently renovated 100+ year old residence has been impeccably finished and furnished with selections that capture the essence of luxury living in the lowcountry. You and your party can enjoy scenic strolls beneath the majestic oak trees, draped in Spanish Moss, perched on a quieter side of town.

Guests enter the home on the main floor, greeted by the awe-inspiring living room featuring plush furniture, stunning artwork from local artists, generous ceiling height, and floor-to-ceiling windows fitted with custom shutters. This space has been designed to create memories that last a lifetime with everyone in your party - whether you're planning your day, or unwinding after a long day of adventure, you'll have an ample amount of comfortable seating for all.

Just beyond the gathering room, the dining area accommodates up to eight Lucky guests for an intimate home-cooked or catered meal. The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a gas range, high-end stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and an expansive kitchen island. Prepare your favorite dishes and hand-crafted cocktails while overlooking the open floor plan. Tucked away off the kitchen, guests will find a quiet sitting room perfect for getting work done, or an afternoon read, with a twin sleeper. Additionally off of the kitchen, a full-width terrace offering year-round indoor/outdoor living can be found; you'll spend your mornings and evenings in comfort and style!

On the second floor is the primary suite, with grand windows that wash the room with natural light; there’s a plush king-sized bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet for all your belongings. The second suite is a serene oasis, with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a large shower.

Local favorites are just a short walk away, like The Sentient Bean coffee shop and vegetarian cafe, local whole foods store and deli Brighter Day, and let's not forget the bustling farmer's market at the South end of Forsyth Park each Saturday. Charming, clean, and great location

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was away from the touristy junk of River St and the City market (only a few minutes drive if you want to go though), but still in walking distance to Forsyth Park and a few places to eat and get coffee. We enjoyed perusing the farmers’ market Saturday morning and enjoying the nice weather. We enjoyed strolling around city from where we were, and loved finding cute shops and enchanting squares all up Bull. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Spacious and Clean Property

I recently stayed at this property for a bachelorette trip. overall we really enjoyed our stay, we were close to everything that we wanted to do, we felt safe and were able to walk to the farmers market at Forsythe park which was great. the house is very spacious and clean and the kitchen is beautiful. the house is advertised to sleep 7 and it certainly would, however we only had one set of sheets for the 2 pull out beds and even those were really difficult to find. we also believed that the outdoor patio area was private for us, but there ended up being some foot traffic, presumably staff from the neighboring properties. I wouldn't have had any issue with people walking through, but we had a pair of shoes go missing from the patio the same day we saw the workers. overall I would recommend this property, we had a great time and loved Savannah.

I Love Savannah

We stayed for six days and five nights in the Manor. Check in instructions were great and getting it was easy. The garage is a little tight for a large car, but with a little maneuvering we were able to get in. We did park one car on the street and it was safe. Just beware of which side you were parking on because they clean the streets once a week. All of the neighbors around there were really nice, and I believe there are a couple other rentals on the block. We used Uber most of the time we were in Savannah because it is so convenient and we didn’t want to worry about parking in the bustling tourist areas, The house is beautiful and was exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The home is also very nicely appointed with everything we needed. There is a nice little outdoor courtyard that we sat and had wine in one night. There was one minor problem in the home and it was addressed within 20 minutes. Very very attentive Hosts. The house is in a great location and we were able to walk to various places around Savannah. There is a nice breakfast place called Clariy’s about 10 blocks away. Jones Street is not too far which is considered one of the most beautiful streets in the country. Forsyth Park is only a couple blocks away. I would not hesitate to rent this house again next time I’m in Savannah. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I would live here.

If I lived in Savannah, I would live in this house. Quality renovation keeps the charm of the old with the amenities of the new. It is well maintained and supported, with only a slight problem of stained sheets in the main bedroom; otherwise absolutely perfect stay.

Good location

The house was very clean and beautiful. With 2 master suites and King beds, it was perfect for 2 couples. Forsyth Park is easily walkable and from there free busing took us to River Street. Description led us to believe there was off site/garage parking. We found out after many back and forth calls that this was not the case. We were also given the wrong code to the back gate. Overall, a good stay.

Beautiful home

This home is absolutely stunning. The Victorian home has been completely remodeled. It is “Southern Living” magazine style house. No thought was spared. My family and I absolutely loved how vibrant the house was. It has a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. I definitely would recommend it. The check in process was simple and convenient. Beautiful and comfortable home!

The property was just as described. Very comfortable with plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked. Same with the bathrooms. The location is perfect. It’s close enough for an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants, but with the convenience of easy parking and proximity to Forsyth Park and Kroger. We would absolutely stay here again! The only small complaint was that all the bed pillows were too full and firm for our liking, but that’s easy enough to deal with.

Lovely and Comfortable!

We are a couple from Texas, visiting my husband’s brother and wife who drove down from Athens. It was our first time visiting lovely Savannah. The dual master suites were very comfortable. The hosts provided everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one might need to cook onsite, although we dined out. The furnishings are all high-end, finishes were also well appointed. The location of the home is very convenient, a few walkable blocks from Forsyth Park where trolley tours can be picked up. We walked to River Street one day as well. There is convenient on street parking in front of the house to unload your car and a private garage for 2 vehicles in the back of the home. Wi-fi is a bit slow for the TV (programs kept buffering and were lagging behind) but this was only an issue for the World Series game we were trying to watch one night. This home is quite lovely and very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

Can’t wait to come back

This property was gorgeous and exceeded expectations. The house was clean and offered exactly what you needed to stay for an extended trip. The rooms were so spacious, ceiling height was amazing, the bathrooms were clean, had soap, shampoo etc. and the rain fall shower was perfect. The location was easy to walk to the park, coffee shops and a few restaurants. Our Tahoe with roof racks would not fit in the garage so be sure to confirm your vehicle height for that purpose. However there was ample street parking but be sure to read street cleaning signs as you will get a ticket if parked during those hours. We can not wait to go back and stay in this home.
