This adorned and lovingly restored home offers the best of both worlds; Charming Historic details, such as original wood floors, ornate crown molding, while featuring modern, comfortable furnishings and finishes. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open and airy floor plan that boasts with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and inviting environment. The home is spread out amongst one level which is a rare find here in Savannah! You'll find that this home is truly fit for entertaining, as the main gathering space, formal dining room, the completely remodeled kitchen, are all open to each other. With an ample amount of comfortable seating, you'll always have somewhere to gather together. Easy for serving, the kitchen is just at the back of the home and is truly equipped with all essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals, cocktails, and so much more!
