When designing Gordon Inn Holly, we wanted something that paid tribute to the home's historical origins yet still provided plenty of elegance and convenience. Ultimately, we left most of the home's architectural features, such as the fireplace and hearth, intact. At the same time, we brought in designer furniture and high end comforts.

The main room of Gordon Inn Holly is a roomy space with a charming exposed brick wall, a wood burning fireplace, and heart pine floors. A wall filled with floor to ceiling windows overlooks the beautiful Chatham Square. The main room has a comfy, king sized bed for you to enjoy. One wall contains a useful little kitchenette with a sink and some counter space. Store some leftovers or snacks in the fridge or use the coffee maker to whip up a morning cup of joe.

Against the back wall, two cozy armchairs and a table provide you with space to have a meal or just kick back and relax. The en suite bathroom provides you with a spa like atmosphere. It uses the same marble found in the main room to create a crisp, white design. The bathroom has a historically accurate console sink, a full sized tub, and a shower.

Filled with soaring live oaks, rolling lawns, and brick pathways, it is a favorite spot for weddings and tranquil walks. The square also borders Pepe Hall, a part of the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
