The location is just right and you can walk to about everything. I think the longest walk was 15 minutes to one of the shops we wanted to go to and the shortest was 5 minutes to a restaurant named Clary's for breakfast (which I highly recommend). The house was very clean and in a quiet location just off the beaten path plus it had all we needed for the stay. Communication with the hosts Ryan and Nick was easy and they were quick with their replies / information. It was clean, cozy, stylish and comfortable. The parking spot was really helpful, and the location makes everything in historic Savannah within walking distance! It was a perfect size for two adults (a kid could have slept on the couch) and very clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the home had all needed amenities. "Fancy" Parker's market (open 24h) is an eleven minute walk if you need to grab something to eat. Our hosts were super responsive and we can't wait until the next time we're back in town. Off street parking was a huge perk. Oh and we saw zero bugs which is unheard of for Savannah! ##### Jennifer B. Bed slept great, super hot water, plenty of extras like shampoo and soaps etc and we didn’t need to purchase anything. If you’re looking to be within walking distance to downtown, this place is about 20 minutes to City Market. The location was convenient to all the of Savannah hot spots as well as a really easy ride to Tybee. Ryan was a super host and very communicative. The only issue we had was the trash bins in the gravel parking lot were blocking the reserved spots at one point, and a larger trash bin in the kitchen would have been a bit more convenient.
