Perfect little place for a solo traveler. Every attraction was within walking distance, downtown was about a 15 minute walk and further towards the river was about 25 minutes. The place is small, but being on vacation we really didn't spend too much time in the property except to sleep and shower. I felt the location was perfect, directly across the street from Forsyth Park, appx 10 to 15 min walk downtown, Krogers within walking distance as well. I was able to park on surrounding streets with no issues, just pay attention to the posted signs for street sweeping. I'd recommend this place to friends and family. ##### Robert S. The place had a few mosquitos and gnats that gathered out front, occasionally getting inside, but that was the only “issue” we had. It was a great walking distance to River Street, and being across from Forsyth Park was the best. There was free parking on the side street which was nice as well! Fully recommend! ##### Brenan D.
