We walked everywhere and enjoyed strolling down the brick sidewalks admiring the beautiful architecture. The house was very spacious, clean and bright. What a joy to each have our own bedroom . This is a wonderful, spacious unit with an updated kitchen close to Forsyth Park. I recommend this unit to anyone who wants to be close to the historic district. Most attractions were a mile away, walkable for the young but we drove since we had our 88 year old mom along. The house is in a nice neighborhood not too far from Forsyth Park and all that the historic district has to offer. The bedrooms are bright and roomy and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes and anything else you may need for cooking. The high ceilings and numerous windows make the living and dining rooms seem extra big. The downtown location allowed us to host our local family and friends in a comfortable home. It was unique to find a completely open floorpan on the first floor, which made for a very family friendly environment. (Yes, we put up a tree).
