Location was convenient to the trolley line to go downtown. Off street parking was nice even though it was a little tight to turn into. Staff was responsive to any questions. There was a great coffee shop and supermarket one block away. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows and towels. We had a prompt reply when we had questions. The house is in a nice neighborhood not too far from Forsyth Park and all that the historic district has to offer. The bedrooms are bright and roomy and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes and anything else you may need for cooking. The high ceilings and numerous windows make the living and dining rooms seem extra big. The downtown location allowed us to host our local family and friends in a comfortable home. It was unique to find a completely open floorpan on the first floor, which made for a very family friendly environment. (Yes, we put up a tree). Had to call the property manager about some very minor things but they responded very quickly and took care of the 2 issues. The home was in a very safe beautiful area. It was very close to Forsyth Park. A bit of a walk to River Street, but not terrible. With the teens we just drove and parked for some of the stuff we wanted to do that was closer to River Street. Only issue was the parking spot. We had no problem but if people had cars in the other homes that share the gated parking it would have been hard to get in out in my vehicle.
